I'm a Product & Service Designer at Optave (Canada), working on AI-driven Customer Experience and end-to-end service design.
My work lives at the intersection of product strategy, research, and technology. I'm drawn to ambiguous problems; structuring research, filtering what matters, and defining how a product actually fits its real-world context, not just how it looks.

I'm pursuing a Master's in Production Engineering, focused on organizational engineering and decision support; a foundation that sharpens how I design data-informed, strategically aligned solutions. I hold a Graphic Design degree from UTFPR (Federal University Technology of Paraná), with further certifications in Product Design, Artificial Intelligence, and Product Market Management.
How I got here
Early in the pandemic I joined NÓS (Our Solidary Gaze), a social-impact app connecting people to support institutions during the crisis. It reached over 200K people and onboarded 213 institutions, and it's where I found what actually moves me: using technology to solve problems that matter.
